Dancercise Company Classes are a great way for adults of all ages to get and stay fit and flexible. More than just an exercise class, learning and remembering the dance exercise routines is stimulating for the mind, too.  All of the routines are built up from easy to learn dance moves which are designed for a total body workout.  The music used ranges from Pop to Bhangra, Latin, Jazz, Flamenco and World and is bursting with rhythm and energy.
