Dancercise Company Classes are a great way for adults of all ages to get and stay fit and flexible. More than just an exercise class, learning and remembering the dance exercise routines is stimulating for the mind, too.  All of the routines are built up from easy to learn dance moves which are designed for a total body workout.  The music used ranges from Pop to Bhangra, Latin, Jazz, Bollywood, Lyrical, Tap, Flamenco and World and is bursting with rhythm and energy.

 

Dancercise Company Classes are friendly and welcoming.  Whether you’re 16, over 70 or somewhere in between you can work at a level suitable for you even if you’ve never danced before.
